I will say at once that poetry is not only a literary genre, or, as claimed by Sanguineti, a mathematical formula, but essentially a mining entity, albeit a very special kind, since it is usually a submerged field, or latent, whose coils are attracted by the divining-poet, who, when it manages to get in tune with what the shakes groped to unravel the mystery and to warn the world.
Why, then, we wonder, this mysterious entity, this energy lying, in particular attracts the poet and not others?
In fact this is true only in part, because it always exist and develop in parallel to poetry also sublime art forms such as music, dance, painting, or sculpture, which tend to evoke strong emotions or arouse aesthetic, or fantastic, even playing in a completely innovative and original of what is already realized in nature through sounds, landscapes, events, deeds, events, figures, etc..
But what distinguishes the poem in relation to all existing forms of art is its unique ability to generate knowledge through the reshaping of language.
